  • Kevin Knox is an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic football coach who educates and helps young/mature athletes make the transition from playing the game to understanding the game of football. A lifelong football player himself he has been associated with success on every level and taught by some of the elite coaches the game has had to offer. A Florida 4A State Champion, a National Champion at Florida State University coached by Bobby Bowden(FSU) Marv Levy(NFL Buffalo Bills) Jon Gruden (NFL Philadelphia Eagles) Buddy Ryan(NFL Az Cardinals) Dick Vermeil(NFL St. Louis Rams) Danny White(Arena) Jay Gruden(Arena) Al Saunders(NFL St. Louis Rams) and Mark Richt (OC FSU) to name a few. After being recruited in high school by the nations best, Coach Knox accepted a full scholarship to Florida State University in 1989. At FSU, Knox was an integral part of the Seminole football dynasty as a player. His four seasons at Wide receiver corresponded with four 10-win seasons (44-5), all top 4 poll finishes, and 1 National Championship. As a player, he was known for his work ethic (Earned 1993 Most Conditioned Athlete), accountability, precision route-running, down-field blocking and the ability to rise to the occasion in big games. Those are the same qualities he will instill in any wide receiver. In 1994 he was drafted to the Buffalo Bills in the 6th round. He ended up signing with the Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles and St. Louis Rams along with a stint in NFL Europe (Rhein Fire), Canadian Football League (Hamilton Ti-Cats), and finally the Arena Football League (Arizona Rattlers). Coach Knox has also been a part of the coaching profession for 12 years from youth, high school, and college. Coach Knox has aspirations to teach young football players the necessary technique and leadership skills to be successful on the field and in the community.
